The following outlines were prepared in connection with a series of Bible studies given to college students. The messages were intended to give an overview of each chapter in the Gospel of John with a stress upon Christian experience.
Experiential Outlines of the Gospel of John may be used as a guide in reading the Gospel of John with a focus on the experiental emphasis of each chapter. That emphasis is summarized in the title given to each chapter; for example, John chapter 6 is entitled "The Secret of Living a Supplied Life." The chapter divisions are complete, but the Scripture references given in the outlines are representative and not exhaustive. It is our hope that these outlines will stimulate a desire to read the Word of God with a view to enjoying and experiencing the unsearchable riches of Christ for the building up of His Body, the church.
